The instant matter is before the court on Plaintiffs Motion for Sanctions [574] and Plaintiffs Motion for Sanctions Renewed [594].
I. Background
The instant matter is a constructive transfer and fraud case arising out of the 2003 bankruptcy of Magnatrax Corporation. This case has been pending for almost four years and contains more than 600 docket entries.
