This is an action brought by plaintiffs as orchestra leaders in the single and steady engagement fields, on behalf of themselves and all orchestra leaders similarly situated, seeking to enjoin the defendants from subjecting them to the terms of certain “labor contracts” negotiated by defendants with Associated Musicians of Greater New York, Local •802, American Federation of Musicians (Local 802), which is not a defendant in this action.
