ERICKSEN, District Judge.
Evgueni Roudachevski, D.O. (“Dr. Roudaehevski”) sought a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction after All-American Care Centers, Inc. terminated his patient privileges at a residential nursing care facility. The district court 2 treated Dr. Roudachevski’s motion as one for a preliminary injunction, held an evidentiary hearing, and denied the motion. We granted an expedited appeal, and we affirm.
