1Opinion of the CourtDigges, J.
Ferdinand M. Arnreich, George Weil and George H. Sloatfield were separately indicted and convicted in the Criminal Court of Baltimore City for the violation of section 12 of article 56, of the Annotated Code of 1924. This section provides:
“No person or corporation other than the grower, maker or manufacturer shall barter or sell or otherwise dispose of, or shall offer for sale any goods, chattels, wares or merchandise within this State without first obtaining a license in the manner herein prescribed.”
Each of these parties was, in separate trials, adjudged guilty and sentenced to pay a line…
