Granting Debtor’s Application For A Fee Waiver And Overruling Trustee’s Objection

Once again this Court is called upon to define the parameters of the new fee waiver provision, 28 U.S.C. § 1930(f)(1), promulgated under the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (“BAPCPA”), Pub.L. 109-8, 119 Stat. 23 (2005).
