Canney appeals from a summary judgment entered by the Superi- or Court (Oxford County, Clifford, J.) in favor of Strathglass Holdings, LLC, on Canneys complaint asserting that Stra-thglass was liable for injuries sustained by her minor child, Nicholai, when he was bitten by a dog kept by Eric Burns, a neighbor who performed on-call maintenance work on properties owned by Stra-thglass.
