— In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Roslyn Gardens Tenants Corp., B.J. Gottesman Company, Inc., Jerome Z. Lorber and Ruth F. Lorber, individually and doing business as a partnership known as Juleah Co., separately appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Christ, J.), entered December 14, 1990, as denied their respective motions for summary *719judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, and the cross claims against B.J. Gottesman, Company, Inc.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed…
