HURLEY, Senior District Judge:

Plaintiff Matthew Prince brings the present action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that defendants Nassau County, Brian Fitzgerald, Richard Soto, Richard Hermann, Arnold Rothenberg, and Scott Tusa harassed him and caused his employment to be terminated in retaliation for plaintiffs testifying before a Grand Jury, as well as plaintiffs involvement with a complaint his parents filed with the Nassau County District Attorney and the Nassau County Police Department’s Internal Affairs Unit.
