This appeal is from grant of summary judgment, Rule 166-A, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, upon hearing, to defendants William Kennedy Webster, Lura Webster Black and husband Billy Black, and Mercantile National Bank at Dallas, Independent Executor and Trustee of last will of Adrian K. Webster, deceased.
