Wilson v. Calamia Construction Co.
Louisiana Court of Appeal
1Opinion of the Court
TERRI F. LOVE, Judge.
11 Appellant, Willie Wilson, filed a disputed claim for compensation alleging that he was injured in the course and scope of his employment with Calamia Construction Company. Appellant alleges that he was injured when a Calamia employee stepped on a pipe, and the pipe fell into a hole that Appellant was working in and struck him. Calamia filed a motion for summary judgment, which was granted by the workers’ compensation judge. The court dismissed all of Mr. Wilson’s claims with prejudice. Appellant seeks review of the workers’ compensation court’s judgment.
