Appeals (1) from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Hughes, J.), entered June 11,1984 in Albany County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and enjoined defendant from conducting any public solicitation, and (2) from an order of said court (Torraca, J.), entered July 16,1984 in Albany County, which denied plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction.
