On February 6,1985, the defendant, following the denial of a motion to suppress identification testimony, entered a plea of guilty to robbery in the first degree in satisfaction of all counts of the indictment herein. With the consent of the Assistant District Attorney, the defendant was promised that if he were found not to be a predicate felon, he would receive a sentence of two to six years in State prison.
