This is an action to enforce specific performance of a contract for the sale of the S. -J- of the S. E. -| and the S. E. I of the 8. W. J of See. 13, and the N. E. J of the N. *674E. I of Sec. 24, in T. 4 N., R. 9 E., in Johnson county. The contract of sale is somewhat peculiar, and is as follows:
