ORDER
ALAIMO, Chief Judge.
INTRODUCTION
This action is currently before the Court awaiting the completion of discovery and pretrial matters. Though no motions are pending in the case, the parties have submitted to the Court proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law which raise significant questions as to the Court’s jurisdiction in this case.
