Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Washington County (Wait, J.), entered August 6, 2014, which, among other things, dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.
Petitioner (hereinafter the mother) and respondent Shawn M. Rock (hereinafter the father) are the parents of two daughters (born in 2000 and 2001).
