Plaintiff Lyonel Janvier, an alien who has served a term of imprisonment for smuggling and counterfeiting offenses, appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, Roger J. Miner, then -District Judge, denying his motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1982) to vacate his sentence.
