Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Extension of Time to File Pleadings and Plaintiffs Opposition and Cross-Motion for Entry of Default Judgment. Subsequent to the hearing on these motions, the Court took the matter under advisement and counsel thereafter submitted supplemental briefs. Having considered the arguments of counsel and the authorities cited therein, the Court grants Defendant’s motion for extension of time and denies Plaintiffs motion for entry of default judgment.
