ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI
On October 9, 1986, RICHARD DALE ROBINSON, Petitioner, pled guilty to five counts of Burglary in the Second Degree in the District Court of Osage County, Case No. CRF-86-133. He was sentenced to seven (7) years imprisonment, with three (3) years to serve and four (4) years suspended. On November 5, 1987, he was charged with Second Degree Burglary in District Court of Osage County, Case No. CRF-87-179.
