Harper v. Harper

West Virginia Supreme Court

Decided May 23, 1922Published

1Opinion of the Court

Ritz, Judge :

The cause proceeded with a deliberation which would have been; the envy of Mr. Kenge or Mr. Yholes in their day, until the entry of the decree complained of on the 2nd day of December, 1919, by which the plaintiff was denied any relief, and from which he prosecutes this appeal.
