This is an appeal from an order striking from the record a judgment entered in an amicable action of ejectment on a lease and an assignment thereof in favor of Darling McKeesport Corporation and against Michael Morris, Inc. (hereinafter called Morris Company), Robert Morris, individually and trading and doing business as Robert Morris and Company (hereinafter called Robert Morris), and William Beatus, Inc. (hereinafter called Beatus).
