This is a petition filed by the trustee under the seventh clause of the will of Earle P. Charlton for instructions as to what number of shares of the F. W. Woolworth Co. constitutes the corpus of the trust fund. By amendment and substitution it became a petition by the executors of the will, one of whom was The First National Bank of Boston, for instructions with regard to the number of shares of the stock properly to be turned over to said bank as trustee under clause seventh of the will.
