*1169Defendant, Juan Salinas, appeals his convictions for possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Following the denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence and statements, he entered into the guilty plea on May 18, 2017, under the provisions of State v. Crosby , 338 So.2d 584 (La. 1976), reserving his right to appeal the adverse ruling on the motion to suppress. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's denial of defendant's motion to suppress and enter an order denying the motion to suppress evidence and statements.
