Affirming.
This is an action of ejectment. S. B. Smith, by deed dated May 9, 1928, acquired title to a certain tract of land, situated in Pulaski county, Ky. In December, 1915, William Bryant acquired title to a tract which was originally a part of a boundary owned by Smith’s prior grantor. The titles of Smith and Bryant are derived from a common source. Smith’s position is that the boundary contained in his deed embraces the 15 acres in dispute. Bryant asserts the 15 acres are embraced in his deed.
