BARNEY, Presiding Judge.
Michael Church (Movant) pleaded guilty to the Class D felony of attempted stealing pursuant to § 570.030, RSMo 1994. He was sentenced to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. From this plea and sentence, Movant filed his Rule 24.035 motion for posteonviction relief. After an evi-dentiary hearing, the court denied his motion.
