Case Summary

Citizens State Bank of New Castle ("CSB") appeals the entry of summary judgment in favor of Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., d/b/a America's Wholesale Lender ("Countrywide") and Federal National Mortgage Association ("FNMA") 1 The sole issue presented for our review is whether the trial court erred when it entered summary judgment in favor of Countrywide and FNMA on Countrywide's complaint for strict foreclosure and denied CSB's motion for summary judgment on its complaint to foreclose judgment lien against FNMA.
