I. Introduction

Plaintiff Kristen Pierson brings this action for copyright infringement alleging that Defendant Infinity Music & Entertainment, Inc. ("Infinity") reproduced without authorization photographs copyrighted by Plaintiff, and that derivative works were made from these reproductions, copies were distributed of them, and *391they were displayed on Infinity's website.
