We granted the Commissioner of the Department of Human Resources, the Director of the Division of Mental Health, and the Superintendent of the Georgia Regional Hospital at Atlanta interlocutory appeal from the denial of their motion to dismiss a not guilty by reason of insanity acquittee’s petition for judicial protection of rights pursuant to OCGA § 37-3-148 (b).
