— Defendant Jody Ira Reynolds, a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic infraction, contends that he was unconstitutionally seized when the lone officer at the scene directed him to remain in the vehicle until the officer had finished processing the driver’s arrest on an outstand*284ing warrant. Reynolds argues that, because the seizure was unconstitutional, the trial court should have granted his motion to suppress the evidence that the officer subsequently discovered in a coat found under the vehicle.
