In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant American Ladder Co., Inc., appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 12, 1978, as denied its cross motion to dismiss the complaint, and all cross claims, counterclaims and third-party claims as against it, for lack of in personam jurisdiction. Order affirmed insofar as appealed from, with one bill of $50 costs and disbursements payable jointly to respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
