On May 20, 1998, the Davidson County Grand Jury indicted Defendant Shirley R. Hastings in case 98-T-502 for seventh offense driving under the influence (“DUI”) and for violating the habitual motor vehicle offender (“HMVO”) law. On September 16, 1998, the Davidson County Grand Jury indicted Defendant in case 98-T-915 for seventh offense DUI and for violating the HMVO law.
