This suit was filed by Thermal Supply of Harlingen, Inc., against Rio Refrigeration Company, a Texas Corporation. The suit was on an account for goods, wares and merchandise furnished Coastal Refrigeration Service, a co-partnership composed of Tony Doster and Archie A. Henager, by United Supply Company. Thermal Supply has succeeded to all rights of United Supply Company.
