Patel and Suffolk Heart Group, LLP, appeal, and the defendants Michael Torelli and South Shore Family Practice Assoc., P.C., separately appeal, as limited by their respective briefs, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Spinner, J.), dated July 23, 2014, as denied their separate motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against each of them.
