On motion for rehearing appellant’s motion for leave to file supplemental transcript is granted and this Court’s opinion handed down on March 30, 1967 is withdrawn and the following opinion is substituted therefor.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered July 12, 1966 dismissing for want of prosecution appellant’s cause of action brought to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by him on September 6, 1960 while working as a longshoreman in the hold of the SS Armagh assisting in unloading bulk ore from such vessel.
