This action was brought by appellants to compel specific performance of a contract for the lease of certain real estate with option attached for the purchase of said real estate, on October 1, 1911. Trial was had by the court, and special findings of fact were made, conclusions of law stated thereon in favor of defendants, appellees herein, and judgment was rendered accordingly. Errors relied on for reversal are with *49others that the court erred in each of its conclusions of law from 1 to 9, inclusive.
