HIGGINS, Commissioner.

George Ben Edmondson, with prior conviction for robbery, first degree, was convicted by a jury of robbery, first degree, with a dangerous and deadly weapon. The court assessed his punishment at 10 years’ imprisonment, credited 1,885 days’ prior imprisonment, and rendered judgment accordingly. Sections 556.280, 560.120, 560.-135, 546.615; State v.
