This cause was begun by a bill in equity for the construction of certain parts of the will of Mary Hazard. It was brought in the superior court by the Rhode Island Hospital 'Trust Company, as trustee under the will and codicil of said Mary Hazard, deceased, late of Providence, and by the Rhode Island Hospital Trust Company and Charles B.
