These causes present questions in respect of costs claimed by the Circuit Court Clerk of Hamilton County. It appears from the record that the County Judge, Hon. Seth M. Walker, had *213refused to audit these bills of costs, and thereupon, the relator, R. B. Henderson, commenced proceedings by mandamus to compel the County Judge to issue his '•warrant on the County Trustee for their payment. The bill of costs presented to the County Judge for payment amounted to $1,292. The particular items of costs objected to by the County Judge were, first, a fee of thirty-five cents for entering bills of costs…
