Robert Stone appeals his conviction on three counts of second degree burglary, contending the affidavits in support of two search warrants contained impermissible hearsay and were factually insufficient, and evidence obtained during the searches should have been suppressed. In a second case, he appeals his conviction on two counts of second degree burglary, contending the trial court erred in admitting into evidence testimony obtained from his interrogation without prior advisement of Miranda rights.
