Banke, Judge.
This is an appeal by the defendants from an order of the trial court dismissing the main appeal on motion of the plaintiff. The court had granted judgment to the plaintiff in two confirmation cases. The defendants filed a timely notice of appeal in each of these cases on December 1, 1977. The defendants ordered a transcript of the hearings in the middle of December and received a copy January 30,1978.
