Larry Parker appeals from the district court’s orders granting summary judgment in favor of defendants. Mr. Parker’s complaint arises out of the termination of his employment as chief of police for the defendant Town of Chelsea. He asserted claims for due process violations, government infringement on his liberty interest, breach of contract, and intentional and/or negligent infliction of emotional distress.
