This is an action for breach of contract. In its petition the plaintiff alleged that it had agreed to manufacture, and that defendant Beebe & Runyan Furniture Company had agreed to pay for, restaurant booths for ultimate use by Johnny’s American Inn, Inc. The plaintiff sought recovery of the unpaid balance on the contract and on various other charges and expenditures alleged due him by the defendant.
