Appellant Emilia Colocho filed a complaint against her employer, appellee Anita Hebard, alleging that appellant had rendered services of. personal assistance by reason of ap-pellee’s ill health, she helped her keep accounts of the household expenditures and rendered other analogous services and that appellant worked sixteen hours daily, seven days a week. *780The trial court concluded that appellant rendered housekeeping services for appellee, and that she was not entitled to the claim and, therefore, it dismissed the complaint.
