Burk v. Demaray

This is an appeal from a district court’s order quieting title in the appellees, Gary Bartak and Mary Bartak (the Bartaks) to a quarter section of farmland in Holt County, Nebraska. Appellants John M. Burk (John), Barbara A. Burk King (Barbara), and her husband, Robert L. King (Robert) (collectively the Burk heirs), filed a petition asking the court to quiet title in them to their four-ninths interest in the property.
