The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline recommends that we publicly reprimand respondent, based on findings that he (1) failed to account to a client for his time, fees, and expenses as required by DR 9-102(B)(3) and (2) faded to apprise a client that he does not maintain professional-malpractice insurance and obtain the client’s written acknowledgement as required by DR 1-104(A) and (B).
