This appeal is from an order of the Circuit Court of Baltimore County, in Equity, sustaining demurrers to the appellant’s amended bill of complaint and dismissing the bill.
The amended bill of complaint alleged, amont other things, that Edith E. Knox died testate on January 15, 1943. In her will she specifically bequeathed and devised practically her entire estate to her five children, Edith E. Stamper,.Miriam Thim, Louis P. Knox, Walter F. Knox and Philander Chase Knox. John R.
