Plaintiff Alexandra Marchuk brought this action against Defendants Juan Mon-teverde, Lubna Faruqi, Nadeem Faruqi, and Faruqi & Faruqi LLP, alleging a hostile work environment and retaliation in violation of Title VII, the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), and the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”), as well as common law defamation and malicious prosecution.
