The plaintiff brought this action for divorce, alleging extreme mental cruelty. The defendant in his answer denies the material allegations of the plaintiff’s complaint and counterclaims on grounds of adultery and extreme cruelty.

The record discloses that the parties were married on September 17,1955. At the time of the marriage, the plaintiff was pregnant by another man, a certain Mr. K-, and the child who was born to her, less than seven months after the marriage, admittedly is not the child of the defendant.
