Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Kepner, J.), rendered February 11, 1985, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
