Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Joan Carey, J.), rendered May 16, 1983, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty to the crime of sexual abuse in the first degree and imposing sentence to an indeterminate term not to exceed five years nunc pro tunc from August 1977 is held in abeyance, and the matter remanded for a hearing.
