Appeal from a judgment of Chautauqua County Court (Ward, J.), entered December 20, 1999, convicting defendant upon a jury verdict of, inter alia, sodomy in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
